Great headphones the best you can purchase hands down

I have bought this kind of headphones twice and they broke both times and in the same area. I was very unhappy. I used my beats every day. They are so expensive and should have a better quality on the outside to make it more durable. Both of them broke where the headpiece connects to the earpiece. One even broke while I was holding them. My sister has an earlier version of them and she has had them for years. I recommend buying an older version for a better quality.

I did not purchase these from Best Buy. I received them free with a Mac from the Apple Education store. I chose a rose gold pair and the paint was scratched in two places when I took them out of the box. The paint is extremely thin. Apple is replacing them, but for the price of these things the paint should be a higher quality. Otherwise I don't see a problem with these. The sound quality is great, but I don't think I would actually purchase a pair.

The headphones sounded incredible, and were very nice for listening to music. But not for more than 30 minutes. It becomes pretty painful after a while sitting over your ears. The company that refurbished it did incredible and I couldn’t even tell they weren’t new. The problem lies with the product itself, and just isn’t nice to wear. Wouldn’t really recommend if you plan on wearing them for a long time.

I bought these thinking the Beats headphones were one of the best. Not even close especially for what you are paying. What a friend has and what I bought after listening to my friend's headphones is the Audio Technica ATH-M70X. Don't waste your money on Beats. Beats does an excellent job advertising and getting celebrities to wear their headphones. If you want excellent sounding headphones get something else. If you want to wear the Beats name then get these.

This is my first Apple products and I have to say that the beats solo3 are really good to listen to music and the earcups are really soft for me to wear, I never in a 1,000 years would buy and Apple product because I am an Samsung person but because I need something different from my earphones I just tried these and I really enjoyed.

Good Sound but after few years ear cushion will disintegrate.

These headphones have somewhere around 15-20 volume levels. I never make it past 4. Unfortunately these headphones make a HUGE leap in volume level from the third setting to the fourth. So I either have to listen to music way too quietly or way too loudly. I tried contacting their customer support and they blamed the issue on the device I was connected to.This issue persists regardless of which device I'm connected to and I use other headphones without issue to the same devices. It's unfortunate that they didn't want to try to help with the issue. These are otherwise a pretty good pair of headphones because of the battery life and comfort, the volume issue just makes them hard to use. I purchased these from a popular brick-and-mortar store not Amazon (they were just cheaper at the time), but figured the masses read these reviews more often.

Seemed like every previous pair of beats headphones had an issue that made me return them to my local Best Buy. These sound great, don't have a hiss, and I cannot find any visual imperfections. I have more headphones than I should, but these are the ones I am listening to now.

Great product but your child will never acknowledge hearing you try to get their attention.

The sound is good but after a few months the hook that goes over your ear broke. I called in a warranty exchange, Apple had me send in my product only to tell me it was my fault and would not be covered. I did finally speak with someone that agreed to exchange them because I had a second pair of powerbeats that the audio was not working. Here we are, 7 months later, and the hook has broke again. Apple will not replace them a second time. Save your money because the craftsmanship is simply not there. My son has the solo beats 3 and his are coming apart near the on the ear piece and no sound comes out of this side either. Also my other son has a pair of solo 3's and near the head band they are coming apart. Apple says this is not their issue because their engineering has put them together. They do not care that the quality is not there and they are not durable enough for everyday use.

I got my Beats Solo3 Wireless in January of 2017 and have loved them every time I used them. My only complaint for the first few months was that one of the clips that lock the headphones in place broke after a few months. Besides that, they worked fine. No biggie. I used them on every trip I went on, many days at school, and many late nights working on assignments. The pairing process was super seamless and worked great each time. However, after having them for 23 months, the right side quit working. Wonderful. Super annoying that they didn't last 2 years as much as they cost. I really want to buy another pair, but as careful as I was with these, why on earth did they break after less than two years?

I brought these for my best friend that I have known for a while since my freshmen year of college. Great gift giving item.
