I got these headphones expecting the mediocre sound quality Beats are known for (I got them with that mac laptop deal in the summer of 2017) but having a great build quality. Unfortunately these are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever used. They are crushing my ears and the head band is crushing my scull. At least try them on in the store... I unfortunately was given these as a gift so that's why I never tried them on before getting them. Also the sound quality is not very good for the price

Very good headphones when I bought them but already going out in side little over three years of use. Expected a longer life from quality headphones

Headphones have decent sound quality but fits a little weird.

Easy to use and connect to your devices. Comfort is great and look is sexy. Sound could be a little better.

I love these headphones. My second pair I owned from this brand.

I have had these earphone for 18 months and used them at the office only. I had a knockoff brand prior to the Beats Solo 3 wireless and wore my eye glasses with them which tore of the earmuff covering. I was extremely careful with these to prevent the same issue occurring with these earphones. Instead the earmuff covering separated from the headset.

I purchased these a little over a year ago and was initially happy with my purchase. Then a few days ago the left side started cutting out, intermittently at first, now frequently. I contacted Apple about out-of-warranty repair and was told repair would cost about $10 less than buying a new pair. I am extremely disappointed that a headset that cost this much broke down in only a year. To be told that a repair will cost the same as a replacement set is outrageous. Needless to say, I will be replacing my Beats headphones with a different brand. Stay away unless you don’t mind spending a small fortune for a set of headphones that the manufacturer regards as disposable.

They are great when you first get them! I’ve had them 2 yrs They stopped charging. I took to geek squad said the lifespan is about 2 years. I was lik $300 headphones only last 2 years??? I’ve tried all different kinds of resetting it and still nothing.

The foam ear pieces were not the most comfortable and a bit too small. After about a year's use, the plastic also cracked.

I think this is a great product for its price. However, I’m confused by the charger not being included. I don’t know if it’s just my product or if it’s a way for you to spend more money.

We purchased these headphones and within 10 months the ear pads fell apart and the blue tooth quit working. We replaced the ear pads and eventually sent the headphones back to Apple for repair. This was Apple's response: "Our technicians inspected your product. They say that it would cost more to repair the product than to replace it with a new product. That's because of either the product's condition or unauthorized modifications that were made. We apologize for any inconvenience." I assume that the unauthorized modifications were the ear pads. Very unhappy with Apple.

1 ⭐️ because the sound was Great . So I purchased the solo 3 as an opened box product at a discount price thinking " im getting an Awesome deal" well I was wrong would keep losing connection turned my phone off turn it back on thinking that would fix the issue well guess what it didn't. At a discount paying 209.00 before taxes you still hope to get a quality product. Will be returning to get my hard earned money back.

Hi all, My brother gifted me this headphones a month ago, I barely wore them for 2 time and my ear started hurting. I highly suggest to not to buy this product instead you can look at Sony’s headphones, they are designed well for ears + noises canceling too. More worse happen to me when I wanted to exchange them for another headphone, the store manager denied my request.

So I purchased these headphones and have had them for about 4-5 months and today when I tried to turn them on to connect to my phone I discover that the power button randomly stopped working. When I was using them yesterday everything was functioning normally but now the power button just won't work even though the headphones are at max battery life.

i use to love beats always had them. but now if you dont have an iphone just go for any other brand. the bluetooth wire less SUCKS big time if you have any other brand instead of iphone. so save your money and get something else really dissapointed had to return them and got bosse

I bought these for my girlfriend last yr for mothers day. I originally gave these headohones (rose gold) 3 stars. I tried to update my review but couldnt. I now give them 1 star. After 5 months of use, the headphones started to come apart. She took them to apple, while still under warrenty, they said it will be repaired or replaced. A few hrs later she was contacted and was told it will cost $130 to repair due to ware and tear. $300 headphones and in less then 6months fall apart. To be charged any kind of money to repair these garbage headphones is pure robbery. NEVER EVER BUY BEATS HEADPHONES. The sound is average and the service is 100x worse.

Beats 3 wireless headphones Do your research. The wireless headphone buds will separate within time. I've had 2 pair that have done this. There are tons of people with the same issue and apple is claiming it to be customer abuse so they won't have to replace them. I went all of the way up to a VP and still refused to back their product. Don't waste your money a product that a company won't back.

So, I purchased these about 1.5 years ago and rarely use them. These are in perfect working order and look brand new. Yesterday, I plugged them in for a charge and sparks flew out of the power adapter and caused a potential safety hazard. I contacted Apple and after 2 days of emails, chat, calls and photos...they said this posses no safety concern and the headphones will not be replaced. Buyer beware! These are garbage and will not last you. I will never buy this MNFR again...and have already changed over all products from Apple to others. This company is terrible and WAY behind in Tech. SAD

It stopped working after 2 years. I used it very decently (Neither over used nor under used). I use once a week to watch a movie. And the batter seems to be died after 2 years. I would expect better life time for the price and the brand. Another issue which bother me consistently is that it apply lot of pressure on the ear which bring pains on the ear surface which is in contact.
