Overpriced, Unsupported, Overhyped Trash...

The sound is good, they are relatively comfortable for the first half-hour or so - then your ears start to get sore. Now they've stopped turning on - even with a full charge. I've followed support articles instructions for factory resetting them but it doesn't work, I've cared for them and kept them in the case, only used them maybe 30 times since I got them. If you look at forums (as I have been, attempting to find another way to get them to turn on) they are FULL of other people experiencing similar issues. These headphones are overpriced, short-lived, trash... and also from those forums it's clear that Apple does NOT stand behind them. They will not replace them, or repair them without a huge out of pocket cost on the customer part... even though this is clearly a manufacturer defect. My advice? Buy a different pair of headphones. Or just whistle to yourself, it's more efficient than these beats.
