Quality not match price

The sidebars start to get loose after awhile, just not snug enough. It won’t happen right away but I used 4-5x a week for a month (for gym) then it loosened up further with time. By that time Best Buy wouldn’t honor the return and said I had to go through manufacturer. Very unhappy.
