The reason for the rating is due to them falling out if not inserted into the ears properly. The sound quality is good . The noise canceling is better than good. Overall a good purchase for the price

Sound quality is great and is equally balanced. The only downside is that the voice quality is poor for the listener. I was told that my voice sounds muffled.

The sound quality is great, it has noise canceling and you can even find them in your “find my” on iPhone if you misplaced them. Worth the price.
