Not too happy with my purchase

I tried using different sizes, but they still slip out.. I use an iPhone, and I’m always having trouble connecting to it and staying connected or as headphones.

Great headphones, just not exactly right for me

Just not the best because I used it in my work place and need to be able to hear what’s going on around me… I wear just one at a time but it’s hard to hear out of that ear because of the noise canceling feature…

Defective product

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned these within hours, first thing, plugged them in to fully charge before use, well, one earbud didn’t charge at all. Once I had a charge on both buds, I connected them to an iPhone which was quick and easy but then they would just disconnect and reconnect until I returned them. Checked for update to phone forgot device and repaired. I know mine is probably a one in a thousand occurrence but I just returned and got something different.
