I absolutely love!! I just wish there was a way to control volume without using phone

I bought these for my wife on 2/25/25, she really like them. Around 3/10/25 the left earbud stopped functioning perfectly, it had a garbled sound emitting from it constantly. We did research and tried to reset them to no avail. Due to my work schedule I was not able to take them back until 3/17/25. The manager would not override the return. I was hoping to get a refund then upgrade to the Studio Pros, but with no override it meant no upgrade. I only had a 15 day return policy and I was 6 days outside of that. I looked up and added up my past 2yrs of purchases and found out that I had spent over $5600 since Feb. '23. That will be the last $5600 I spend with Best Buy. Other retailers have a 30 day return policy which I feel is fair. Yes $5600 is not a big deal to Best Buy, and apparently neither is customer service. I will use Best Buy from now on as a research only facility and make my purchases elsewhere.

Looks worse in my ear than it does in the models ears, but that ain’t what we here for. Great product. Only “real” problem I have is that the charging wire is way too short.

would love it more if i can sleep in them. The button at the side gives me issues when I try to lay on my side in bed and speak with the earbuds.

I got them because my my AirPods where washed in the washing machine. These were more affordable especially with Best Buy points (whatever they are called) they work pretty well. The battery doesn’t last really long but it gets me through.

I had Oder this ear buds for a Christmas gift on 12/16/25 for delivery on 12/22/25 the shipper didn’t not put the right address and they were returned to Best Buy and until now I haven’t been able to get a refund or have been able to speak with someone to resolve this issue. As for me I will never order again.

The beat audio buds are okay. I wish noise cancellation would be a lot better but I like them they are compatible with android and iOS so I guess that is a good thing.
