Not my favorite. Not comfortable in my ears. The sound was decent. But I expected better. Returned for AirPod pros.

Good when they connect, but it is a massive pain to get them going. Id recommend spending the extra $20 to get something better

Beats have improved a lot over the years. Durability and reasonable price.

Very clear for phone calls. I can actually hear music in my Jeep when the doors are off.

Easy to connect however no app for iPhone which sucks unable to track if lost or check battery which you can do with android. Apple bought Beats thought it would be a better option as far as an app but still waiting for it to be available!

These are honestly okay at best. I like the features but they dont stay in the ear and just okay for working out. They are cool for sitting around chilling. If you have Powerbeat Pros just stick with those. Battery kife was sub par as well.

Works great with my IPhone and has now issues connecting to any of my devices.

Excellent headphones but lacking some of the more advanced features found on airpods pro.

Doesn’t stay in ear when you sweat, barely touched it and music pauses or calls hang up. Sound is good but other issues makes me wish I’d stay with JLab or Skullcandy Bluetooth headphones.

I bought these a while back and it’s okay. My case doesn’t hold charge, the sound quality is not the best. Noise cancellation but you still hear sound muffled

I went to Apple as they never worked & was told these had been sold 11 months prior and if I hadn’t had receipt I would have been out of luck.

Awesome glad I got them. Been wanting these and I'm not disappointed!!!

Sooo disappointed, their terrible. I actually cant believe these are beats. They are good to listen to but please don’t t to try to hold a conversation, every single time I have even tried to have a conversation it end up with me switching to my no brand earbuds or just talking on my phone. No one hears me everyone says I sound like Im under water or muffled. So if you want them just to listen with then ok, but don’t expect to talk on them. I know beats could if did a lot better than this. Wouldn’t recommend, or definitely wouldn't buy them again.

These are great little buds with amazing sounds. Still learning how to work them without hanging up on people but otherwise definitely recommend!!

Underwhelming, to say the least. “Instructions” were a little slip of paper with pictures. Had to find info online, which was admittedly good. Sound was ok, person listening to me on other end of phone conversation said not great clarity or volume. Had for 2 weeks and was unable to charge with any kind of consistency as well as had difficulty with the pairing. Expected a lot better from Beats. Refunded and got the AirPods Pro so as not to have to potentially deal with it again.
