Did not like the fit and was really hard to switch between devices

Not the sound quality I was looking for noise cancellation doesn’t work

Horrible sound quality and they weigh alot for your ears to have in them for a long period of time, also the hang up button is the stupidest spot ever, so just making sure they are pushed in properly will hang up your call if your not careful,

They did not fit my ears so I had to return then :(

Very disappointed. I’ve used beats for years but these pooped out really fast. I also felt they were constantly about to fall out. Bused for less than 6 months before they stopped working and had to replace.

Not comfortable and sounded like they playing through a paper towel tube.

Tried all 3 ear pieces and none of them stayed fitted inside my ear..I work inside a factory and couldn’t hear the my music over all the noise inside factory..I have air pods and I personally do not think Beats are No better then Air pods#SAME

If your ears are small, they do not fit.If your ears are small, they don’t fit very comfortably.

These are no good for athletes. They pop out. I am a runner and do CrossFit. I constantly have to reinsert these pods. They are meant for those who will not be active. The old wired headphones are better than these

When listening to music it still keep playing when it’s not in your ear

They fall out everytime. No matter the size of buds I change it to. I haven't used them since because i am afraid to lose them $99 for nothing because they are no longer returnable. Sad customer. Thanks best buy

Garbage don’t know how Dr. Dre slapped his name on this product!. Bluetooth keeps on turning off. Don’t buy this product

Don’t buy these. The left one makes a constant buzzing sound before I even turn the music on. It’s all I hear in the left bud. Don’t waste your money. I’m surprised this actually happened. So trash

No battery life at all!!! I have had these things for 3 weeks and allowed them to charge completely, they die after 3 or 4 hrs, I am most definitely returning

Kept falling off my ear. Did not met my expectations.

One of the earbuds is static and is not working properly.

They do not have noise cancellation they are very noisy and lots of static. People on the other line complain that they can’t hear me and that’s there’s too much noise in the background.
