The packing of this product by Best Buy was poorly done. The box looked like it ran through a field of mud, an the label that my name was written on was a piece of scrap bubble wrap that was seconds away from falling off the box. The item inside had no bubble wrap or protective padding in case my package was used as a football by the delivery driver as it was tossed over the fence.

Bought for a teen, he liked them. Says that they are easy to keep track of and charge.

They’re great but they do fall out of your ears unfortunately

I was able to finally get me a pair of beats ..I just wish these earbuds wouldn't keep falling out

They are worth buying, even tho i can hear quite a bit of background noise but i would say that its worth getting

She loved them great price and the attendant at the location was a wonderful person with great customer service.

These are good if you are purchasing for someome who wont be using them while exercising. I did not like them for that reason.

Amazing ear buds. I love these. Still use them everyday. They connect to my phone and my laptop for work calls.

This does not stay in the ears. The features are quite marvelous but the setback with the fit in the ears is overriding every other technological advancement. Being a personal fan of Beats by Dr. Dre, I would recommend this product with a reservation. If you are OK to bear with the pain of constantly falling off buds. Not sure if this has been fixed with the recent manufacturing of these products.

I bought these for my wife on 2/25/25, she really like them. Around 3/10/25 the left earbud stopped functioning perfectly, it had a garbled sound emitting from it constantly. We did research and tried to reset them to no avail. Due to my work schedule I was not able to take them back until 3/17/25. The manager would not override the return. I was hoping to get a refund then upgrade to the Studio Pros, but with no override it meant no upgrade. I only had a 15 day return policy and I was 6 days outside of that. I looked up and added up my past 2yrs of purchases and found out that I had spent over $5600 since Feb. '23. That will be the last $5600 I spend with Best Buy. Other retailers have a 30 day return policy which I feel is fair. Yes $5600 is not a big deal to Best Buy, and apparently neither is customer service. I will use Best Buy from now on as a research only facility and make my purchases elsewhere.

I will say that these are ok. The price is good, but the sound quality for me isn’t the best.

These beats AirPods are average and really in my opinion overpriced. Maybe because of the name, but the sound quality is not great and the comfort in the ears is ok. Connection to my IPhone took a little longer but it worked. Also, the case is rather big and putting on another case over it makes it too thick (keyring).
