Horrible product…horrible customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are absolute garbage - and the Best Buy customer service wasn’t better. - the don’t sync up nearly as easily as iPods, even to Apple phones. - they don’t fit well in the ear - forget about them for any sort of physical activity - the connection drops briefly all the time - I’d say the sound dips out then picks back up at least 3 times per hour of use - there’s a buzz in the earpieces when the volume is even moderately loud. As to the last issue: I recognize this could be my pair. So I brought them back to Best Buy to exchange for another pair. Apparently it was LITERALLY 3 days after the return window (which is now 2 weeks, apparently)…so they wouldn’t do anything. Even though I said these ones could be defective, they said I’d have to take it up with Beats/Apple’s warranty. Don’t buy these under any circumstance. Buy iPods - and buy them from Amazon.
