She uses them sometimes but I can’t tell if she likes it or not

The issue is they constantly fell out of my ears. I tried all 3 rubbers and they would still fall out. They also feel heavy in comparison to AirPods. I returned them.

Also there are time the audio can be a bit choppy when place your phone into your pocket while listening to music.
