The staff at Best Buy were so friendly and helpful during pickup, and the website is easy to use. I will definitely utilize Best Buy when making future technology purchases.

He just told me one of the buds made this horrible screaming sound and died. Tried to take it back to BB they wouldn’t let him return or exchange it. Advised to take to Apple store. I have a pair and they’re still working good thankfully. Hopefully he’ll get a resolution with Apple or I’m out $99 for a crappy set of ear buds. I love mine thus far but I’m wary now that they may not be worth the big price tag.
