Great…until they stopped working.

They fit great, sounded great, were easy to use. Until they stopped working. About 10 months after I bought them I started having connectivity issues. They’d connect to my phone but would get staticky. I couldn’t put my phone into my pocket without losing sound. I contacted both apple and Best Buy and even though they were still under manufacturer warranty I was told there’s nothing to do about it.

Good sound but constantly fall out of ears

They fall out constantly no matter how they’re positioned or pushed in. You can’t jog with them. You can’t lay down with them in. You literally have to sit and not move. If they don’t fall out the sound is awesome, great quality sound wise, but you literally can’t move without them falling out or moving.

They are touchy hard to adjust in ear without pause/hanging up on someone
