'm left frustrated and disappointed

First, the sound quality is average at best. The bass is muddy, and there's a noticeable lack of clarity in mids and highs. The connectivity is unreliable, sometimes it connects instantly, other times I have to reset them or re-pair. And worst of all, the fit is uncomfortable. Despite trying all the included tips, they constantly slip out even while just walking. Would not recommend.

OK noise canceling

She is very happy with them, however, I don't think the noise canceling feature works very well. My Apple AirPods Pro have great noise canceling. Her Beats connect easily to her Samsung phone
