    I’m 55 yrs old I think this product is amazing. Nice sound no problem at all. Very satisfied easy pick up at store Best Buy. I have m.s and I just want to thank Best Buy for a stress free buying experience

    The sound is clear but I need to learn how to put them in so they won’t fall out of my ear. I have to try several times to place them in my ear so they will stay out and they drop from my ear. Once I put them in just right and they stayed in place; If only I could remember how I did that lol
