Connectivity issues with Laptop

Disappointed

In the past, I have had positive experiences with Beats. The Best Buy team member told me that these are currently the most returned item right now. The sound quality was poor and they do not get very loud. Very disappointed.

Don’t waste your money

I dont recommend they don’t stay in ur ears even wen I changed the cushion to EVERY size. Everytime I push them back in my ear I hang up on my call. Hurts my ear and doesn’t stay in. Sound is great for when they DO stay in ur ear
