Sound quality is okay for the price. However, they are not ideal for running.

My wife loves her new beats ear buds as she cant hear me when Im trying to talk to her, haha. She says theyre really good quality for the price.

The fit is good making for comfortable wearing for long periods of time. That is the best quality of these buds. The aound quality is a 7/10 - they aren’t the worst sounding esrbuds but for $149 we should expect more. The ANC is so bad that I wouldnt even know these had noise cancelling if they didnt advertise that feature. Anytime I asjust the fit I accidenly hit the buttons on the buds which gets annoying after the 50th time it happened in the first week I had them.

Ordered online and pickup was a breeze. Went in and was helped right away and the item was ready as promised. Item works as expected!

Pre ordered these specifically for gym use since they are the most adorable on he market with noise cancellation. The sound is good, I feel they are lacking bass so I wasn't super blown away. The day of pickup I tried them at home with medium tips, they didn't fit comfortably in my ear so I switched them to the small. Either way with a simply face expression that moved my ears they would come out of place. The following day I took them to the gym. Immediately they begin to constantly pop out of my ears, and Everytime I'd adjust them I'd click the buttons with would pause my music. You can imagine how irritating that was. Then in there I had my mind set that I was going to return these, and I have. If you have small ears these are not the ones for you.

I like the beats, the only thing is that it doesn’t cancel noise when you on the phone

Good trouble, better bass. The container seemed a little cheap and plastic he but held up when I dropped it. Quick to connect to phone.

I’m honestly surprised. The ANC is pretty good for the cost. The Transparency mode makes it very easy to wear your earbuds and still hear the announcements on the bus.

These are just not at all what I thought they were going to be. There’s no bass and my kid started being loud so I put them on to cancel out the noise. It did not work I had to tell my kid to be quiet instead. Plus they’ve been cutting out every now and then. I have a pair of 20 dollar skull candys that work better than these. Disappointed

Got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she hasn't stopped using them yet. No complaints from her about these.

What I liked about these earbuds where pretty much the price. I only picked these up because I lost my other Beats and I really lost twice. So I don't really leave bad reviews because usually all my devices are satisfying. But this one it just gets me irritated sometimes because it disconnects when I'm listening to YouTube. There's a really bad connectivity problems when it comes to people calling you so say that you have them on listening to music and someone calls then the call won't transfer to the earbuds sometimes. And you have to manually got a phone out of your pocket and press buds instead of speaker cuz that's what's going to happen. And then when you hang up that's what happens whatever you were listening to before is now going to be on speaker. I've never seen or experienced any headphones so irritating and I really wanted to like this but it just didn't do it at all not supposed to work the price. I don't know if it's my device that's in effective or defective but I was like Best Buy to let me know if I can exchange them or if this is really how they are. Hopefully it is just a dummy unit and it can be fixed or replace
