Like them, but…

Low sound, and also inconsistent quality

The bluetooth does not work well - I have connected them with my apple TV and it goes on/off on the sound. On my iPhone, the person at the other side sounds like a robot - it gets fixed if you disconnect and connect again, but it is inconsistent. It works really well with my PC when I am gaming, so that is a plus

Disconnection Issue

My ISSUE is that every time I adjust them in my ear during a call/meeting I somehow disconnect them. Even if I'm careful to not touch the middle button and only touch the sides of the bud, it still disconnects me from my calls/meetings which is extremely annoying. I've had them now for a month and this continues to be an issue. They are getting returned today. If it weren't for this problem I would have held on to them.
