Good sound, ear pieces are not as comfortable in ear as airpods

This item was purchased as a gift and so far we have heard no complaints about its functioning as advertised.

I never leave home without my AirPods. They work wonderfully. I love the fact that they are hands-free for me and I never have to let it be known that I’m on the phone with my hair down.

They are amazing but after so long they go bad. I randomly started getting static in the left one

Our sod wanted apple ear buds, but these are better as they are easy to use, charge and more budget friendly!

Gave these ear buds to my granddaughter and she loves them. Every time I see her she has them on

Bought these for my son's Xmas gift. They are about 90% of the performance of AirPods Pro at 1/3 the cost. My only regret is that they are in his ears way too much.

Good sound, airpods have much more practical features.

Sound is great but battery sucks big time, off brands have better battery

For the price of these headphone they’re okay and that’s as far as it goes. They get the job done but they’re nothing spectacular. Sometimes they have a crackling effect that makes no sense at all, but it’s of rare: these have fallen out at times when working out and it can get frustrating.

I think these are a little overpriced for what you get. Sound quality isn’t as good as the Apple earbuds. These are sorta hard to get into the charger as well, they have to be turned a certain way to go in. Case is also on the big side

I expected the bass to kick in since it’s freaking beats by dre you know but, now you can definitely tell its Beats By Apple smh. This is a airpod pros replica but a better case and they can potentially stay in your ear. What really sucks is the call quality. I feel like Im Courage the Cowardly Dog when Im trying to explain something to someone on a phone call and they constantly say “HUH?? HUH?? WHAT??”

Terrible Product would disconnect to phone would not recommend to anyone……….

Excellent. I met Beats Studio about 2 years ago. They have become a priority and requirement for my regular audio activities. Thank you!

I recommend I tried other brands before but this is the best My granddaughter she’s happy

I bought these for my wife on 2/25/25, she really like them. Around 3/10/25 the left earbud stopped functioning perfectly, it had a garbled sound emitting from it constantly. We did research and tried to reset them to no avail. Due to my work schedule I was not able to take them back until 3/17/25. The manager would not override the return. I was hoping to get a refund then upgrade to the Studio Pros, but with no override it meant no upgrade. I only had a 15 day return policy and I was 6 days outside of that. I looked up and added up my past 2yrs of purchases and found out that I had spent over $5600 since Feb. '23. That will be the last $5600 I spend with Best Buy. Other retailers have a 30 day return policy which I feel is fair. Yes $5600 is not a big deal to Best Buy, and apparently neither is customer service. I will use Best Buy from now on as a research only facility and make my purchases elsewhere.

I honestly expected more from this product. quality good not excellent

the sound quality, connecting and battery life of these is subpar compared to the apple AirPods. also, they fell apart after about 6 months of use, which has never happened with apple AirPods.
