Static noise on the left earbud

I tried resetting it, but the noise won't go away. I looked online and saw that it is a common defective issue with the Beats Studio Buds. I went to the Apple store, and the staff on-site could also replicate the issue and could hear the static noise, so they went ahead and sent it to the factory for replacement. However, the factory that received the defective earbud said the earbud was fine and sent it back to me without doing anything. Terrible product and terrible repair service for Apple.

Good sounds bad quality
