Great sound quality but fits horribly in ear

The only thing I don’t like it how they fit, the left one feels as if it isn’t made correctly and does not fit into my very well, sometimes I’ll switch them up & put the left in my right ear.

Loved the buds!!

Pairing is very easy, audio clarity is way more than I had expected. Surprisingly the noise cancellation mode is very effective. I’ve been using Bose over the ears NC headphone for quite some time and I can say the noise cancellation for these two devices are quite comparable. I would have given a 5 star but for the battery life of the buds. I have to frequently put the buds into the charging case as it runs out of charge too soon. Not sure if it’s an issue with the buds or generically so. Overall it’s a great product to have !!

The sound is exceptional. Being a geezer I am having a little bit of trouble trying to figure out how to make the features work without shutting off what I was listening to. I wish that the silicone tips came in the tiered type option available on the other Beats devices. That would resolve some of the fit issues.
