Love them overall. Previously used Air Pods pro but like these due to being louder and small. Fits really comfortably for hours. Mainly use these in the gym and no complaints. Not as fast as pairing as Airpods, but they do the job well at significantly less of a price.

Very similar to Airpod Pros but touch controls suck and there’s no way to change them.

I bought these for my wife on 2/25/25, she really like them. Around 3/10/25 the left earbud stopped functioning perfectly, it had a garbled sound emitting from it constantly. We did research and tried to reset them to no avail. Due to my work schedule I was not able to take them back until 3/17/25. The manager would not override the return. I was hoping to get a refund then upgrade to the Studio Pros, but with no override it meant no upgrade. I only had a 15 day return policy and I was 6 days outside of that. I looked up and added up my past 2yrs of purchases and found out that I had spent over $5600 since Feb. '23. That will be the last $5600 I spend with Best Buy. Other retailers have a 30 day return policy which I feel is fair. Yes $5600 is not a big deal to Best Buy, and apparently neither is customer service. I will use Best Buy from now on as a research only facility and make my purchases elsewhere.

My first bud style headphones and I love them. Battery lasts awhile. I like the look of these better than the iPhone ones because of the stem that hangs down the iPods. These fit my ears better also and come with different pieces to fit in your ear. Sound quality and loudness is good.

I love the sound ,it’s clear music and calling I can hear really good. And people can hear me also. Battery life it’s amazing and connects rite away. Very satisfy.

Excellent quality and product, bought as a gift for a friend, he really enjoyed them. I will definitely buy another pair for myself. Very sharp looking and nice quality. Would recommend if you’re fan of the beats product, most products I’ve bought that were beats, were great quality.

Great sound, transparency is amazing, only slight downside is if you don’t put them in right the first time they’ll fall out ( only if they’re not in the correct full way )
