When i bought my first didn't care to know much once i can hear am good. Then i give it away on one of my trips. That may have been the best thing to do because I bought it back when I returned and this time took the time to learn all the ins and outs I was amazed to know the power of this device. I enjoy them , the sound is great , easy to use, easy to connect to device , and it last 8 hrs or so on a single charge which is my whole work shift !!!

The battery life is great. You do not need to charge the earphones long to get an hours worth of audio. The bass on the headphones is excellent!

The sound is clear but I need to learn how to put them in so they won’t fall out of my ear. I have to try several times to place them in my ear so they will stay out and they drop from my ear. Once I put them in just right and they stayed in place; If only I could remember how I did that lol

I like but don’t love my beats. The sound is good and I can hear people clearly as well as they can hear me. However, they are extremely sensitive and after some time they feel like they are about to fall out your ear. The slightest touch or move the wrong way will end your phone call. I hang up on my husband and friends daily lol.
