Keeping falling off mu ears

I bought them on sale and thought I was getting a really good deal. I love beats as a brand but lately their products have been mediocre. While the ear piece looks nice, it disconnects frequently, battery life is low (only use them for calls) and it’s just an overall pain to deal with. My return policy expired unfortunately or else I would’ve asked for my money back.

Not worth it

The sounds quality is poor. ANC is beyond weak, transparency mode is trash. I bought the AirPods Pro’s and They are beyond amazing

Good when they are working ok

The same issue I had with my airpod pros. I'll most likely have to mail them in for a replacement. I haven't even had them 1 month yet.

This pair did not live up to my expectations as a Beats product. Does not stay in the ear well and it’s overall look didn’t scream Beats by Dre’. I did however like the smaller case.

Terrible earbuds, terrible customer service

Was sick for a couple of weeks and could not return within Best Buy’s incredibly limited 15 day return window. They refused to accept return and now I have to deal with the manufacturer. After years and thousands of dollars spent with Best Buy, I’m done. Most importantly, these cheap earbuds are terrible.
