Nice headphones with user friendly app. With android, it is difficult to locate earbuds without 'find earbuds' options

Item returned back to sender itself it didn’t deliver to me. Best Buy did not accept the return still date. The refund is also not initiated till date it’s almost a month since I placed order. Customer care response is unsatisfactory about the return and refund. Very poor experience I had with this order

For what I actually wanted, the Beats Studio Buds are actually quite good. I was looking for an alternative to the AirPods that were similar in their seamless function without too much excess. For some, the fact that the Studio Buds do not have the H1 chip which means they cannot be synced across the devices on your icloud account is a negative and I can see why. For me however, I am glad that they will only sync to a single device, that way they don't get accidentally grabbed by my Mac or Apple Watch when I didn't want that to happen. Suddenly hearing loud dings in my ears because my Watch synced to my AirPods unintentionally has always been very annoying so I actually appreciate that cannot happen with these. This next part is very subjective, but they happen to fit my ears perfectly, I can move a lot or even eat with them in and they don't budge at all, and I can wear them for an entire charge without any discomfort. Both definitely wins in my book. Speaking of battery life, it is as advertised. If using ANC, they last 4-5 hours. If not, they go closer to 7. Considering how small they are and how they stack up to the competition its all about right, Now, the biggest negatives for me and what hold the Beats Studio Buds from greatness are the fact that the case does not support Qi charging, although it at least uses USB-C, and frankly the ANC is abysmal. I cannot tell any difference between having Active Noise Cancellation on or off. I have ensured that I am using the correct size ear pieces and they fit very well, yet the only significant difference with ANC on is it takes a couple hours off the battery life. It's totally useless. I have to check my phone to see if its even on at all. Transparency mode is better, but not entirely necessary since they don't isolate sound very well to begin with. Last complaint is I am told that the sound quality on phone calls is subpar. I can hear everything just fine however the person on the other end says I sound almost staticky compared to other headsets and buds I have and use still. The Beats Studio Buds are a mixed bag. I wanted something similarly easy to use as the AirPods and these check that box. Open the case and sync, then simply pull them out of the case to use. That's it. However, calls aren't perfectly clear, the ANC is a joke, and no wireless charging is a disappointment. On the plus side for me is they fit very well and are super comfortable, they sound good other than a distinct lack of bass, my watch doesn't steal them away and send notification sounds directly into my ear canals, and they look really nice particularly in black. I intend to use them regularly even though they aren't perfect. They work well enough for me.

Sound good but gave my ears blisters just not a good fit and to much rubbing.

Sound quality at bestest is OK. The earbuds shape makes them to where they fall out easily.

Great buy for the price. The only thing I have to complain about is that the beats app isn't really android friendly

Battery life is poor. So much worse than I expected. I usually love beats wireless headphones. I used the right one for the first time today and barely made it 4 hours even with noise cancellation off. Same with the left side. I just used it for work regarding phone calls but the battery life drains fast. I had to charge them both twice to make it through the work day. I will most likely take them back. I can’t imagine how long the battery life is if I actually listen to music.

Sound is a 5/10 when compared to Air Pod Pros. But worse is the charging. I have had these almost a year and then case itself dies incredible quick. The buds themselves don't always seed themselves properly in the case which results in one not charged. The buds themselves give me about half the life verses daughter's air pods. Overall as my 4th set of Beats I have purchased, these are just garbage.

Overall the the sound quality is okay - I see a difference between the noise cancellation feature compare to AirPods.

I got these because my AirPods broke and they’re surprisingly really good. Sound quality is good. The transparency isn’t as good as the AirPods but it’s good enough. They look a lot cooler too with the different colors you can get.

The sound is ok but the fit in the ear is terrible. I have Sony buds and they “ rotate” well in the canal to give you a nice fit blocking the external noise. These beats buds are uncomfortable in the ear and they could do a better job at designing them.

Was a gift for wifey , she wants to like them but can’t. Battery life is horrible. Doesn’t stay in her ears. The controls are awkward. No bueno.

I did not like!!! Bad fit, bad sound and the tech was troubling. I own two other beats and love them so it was a no brainer but I really did not like them.

I was not happy with this product. The sound quality was horrible and it did not hold a charge.

Pre order these earbuds could not use them my ears are not designed for these type of earbuds they kept falling out. Took them back after a week.

Very hard to stay in my ear. Sound is good but what’s the point if I can’t do anything besides sit still and listen.

Sound quality is good but it hurts my ear because it goes to deep down the ear.
