Lack of controls is also a reason for the low score. However overall audio quality either connected to mobile device or laptop when the microphone is being used is absolutely horrible.

The base is 3x louder on 3 pro at half the volume of the It takes the beats to get as much bass noise. They r 50$ less than the pro 3. Spend more.
