Great product works great! Recommend them. Bought for my husband to use when doing yard work.

The headphones felt cheap and easily broken, the buds hurt my ear holes and the bass was trash

Everytime im talking on my beats there’s a loud noise that sounds like lots of static. This happened the very first day i gave to my for a Christmas present. Will return them for the new apple AirPods now .

Have never dropped them or messed with them and both are making a ringing noise. Last pair i had one fo fhe ear buds did the same thing thats why i got this pair.

We returned these due to poor sound quality and inconstant connection with Bluetooth. For being a Apple focused product this one sure missed the mark. Don't try and save money buy the Air Pods Pro.

Son loves these and uses all the time. He was able to catch them on sale which really helped!!!!

Open box rated excellent. Stopped working 20 days after receiving them. Was told they were out of the return period. I asked to return and pay the difference for a brand new pair, was told no. Many other options for purchase. Will go elsewhere next time.

I never recieved them because someone stole my package, and customer service declined the replacement. So i could never even try them out

Though it comes with different sizes, the rubber pieces that go INSIDE the ear aren’t comfortable. Using the smallest ones, it still doesn’t stay well inside my left ear.

Not user friendly. They keep falling back it of my ears. They are not Bluetooth capability to my laptop. Also not capable to use in my iPhone 12 Live Listen feature.
