Sound quality is trash and they don’t charge well. I’ve had them for a week and a half and I have never been able to charge them to full capacity with me having them on the charger for hours on end. The connection time to sync them to your phone is slow.

I've had these less than a month and the right ear bud is already broken. It has a constant ringing/crinkly sound when you put it in your ear. Completely disappointed.

I purchased these with high hopes being that they were Beats brand and that they were "studio" quality. I was highly disappointed. The sound quality was terrible. I could hear more bass from a corded pair of Gen 1 Apple earbuds. The fit was decent but only temporarily. They kept working their way loose. (Yes, I tried all of the silicone tips) The noise cancelling was what you'd expect from an in-ear device. It's only as good as the seal. Overall, I was not impressed with these earbuds and I would never recommend these to anyone. Save yourself some money and look elsewhere.

What a waste of time and money, they will not hold a charge.They say 8 hours they don't. And the JBL ear buds will hold a charge for 2 or days

Love them, they are so much more compatible with my phone than the other pair I had

I love these buds! I watch movies on my iPad mostly, but music quality outstanding!

Don’t like at all sound quality is bad spams that the headphone or case is dying on your phone so you gotta keep swiping up just to type a txt

These suck ever since i got them they dont stay charged and when im on the phone the other person cant barly hear me

Great earbuds only thing I don't like is it comes out of my ear but that might be my ears fault

Didn’t like the way they fit my ear , kept falling out. Too much money for a earbud that doesn’t fit.

I bought these beats and are severely unhappy with the quality. They fade in and out while in a gym with a lot of people, and the phone quality while on the phone with someone is horrible.

I believe you guys sold me used headphones the left headphone has a loud static sound in background and I’m not able to hear in it

Extremely uncomfortable and the noise cancelling is pretty much non-existent. Very disappointed with Beats/Apple with this one.

I really was expecting so much more from Beats. I have generic earbuds that last so much longer. The case loses charge quickly and most of the time when I am putting the buds in my ears the battery is almost half gone. I charged the case a couple days ago and only used the buds right ear 5 hours and left ear 2 hours yesterday. Today I use them and the right ear only lasted 3 hours and the left ear is only at 61% when putting it in my ear. The generic one's case would last over a week before I needed to charge it. I purchased these 11 days ago and I am hoping I am not out of the window to return them.

Extremely horrible does not work at all. The left earbud never even turned on and when I looked up a fix it said to reset them and now will not turn on at all.

These ear buds don't stay in my ears. I've changed the rubber to the smallest size, didn't matter. These are better suited for someone with bigger ears. They are hard to grab from the case.

These sound terible! Get the soundcore space A40 instead! Better and cheaper!

I love the product I use it everyday! I had to get two one for me and the lady.
