The audio was mediocre; sound of music felt dull no base and didn't fit my ear; kept falling out.

Over rated for sure. They are not what they are hyped up to be. I like my JBL better. Definitely a let down.... i expected better sound quality from this product as everyone raves about them. Maybe it is this model... or my adjustments. Bass is subpar, fit is uncomfortable, they make weird noises when u adjust them, and music is way high pitched! Ugh. Get it together Beats!

They fall out the ear so easily, hated this product for sure, prefer airpods or beats studio

Static in the right earbud cuts in and out and can't hear very well at times. Have to charge slot.

Fit sucks! Slips out of my ears alot. If you listen to music with alot of bass. These are not it! Distorted sound!

Broke first week. . .

I just bought these at Best Buy and I love them. They are the best bluetooth earbuds I've ever owned. When I was reading the reviews, I saw many complaining of the low volume. I took a gamble on those reviews being over-dramatic, but they were right. The volume was quite low, until I figured out how to fix it. Now they can go loud enough to hurt my ears. The long press of the button on either earbud is preprogrammed to turn the Active Noise Cancelling on and off. I paired them to my iphone, and when I went into the settings on my phone, I was able to reprogram the long press to turn the volume up on the right earbud, and down on the left. If you long press on the right earbud and turn it all the way up, the earbuds volume will go way up. Then you can switch the programming back to the noise cancelling function and just control the volume with your phone, or whatever you pair it with. After I did that, the volume has been great. Sound quality is great. I love them. The noise cancelling and transparency mode are just ok. But I don't know what you can really expect from earbuds this small for this price.

I can’t answer a call while on the phone…. They don’t stay charged long enough thinking about returning them…. Definitely don’t like them

They don’t stay in your ears and don’t disconnect when you put them back in it’s case so the next they are died and have to recharge them.

Awful. Serviced 3 times and still not working. Wasted more resources mailing back and forth than replacing. Worst present ever.

They were used! I was very disappointed and had to send them back. I can't recommend because i never had a chance to use them.
