||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had Oder this ear buds for a Christmas gift on 12/16/25 for delivery on 12/22/25 the shipper didn’t not put the right address and they were returned to Best Buy and until now I haven’t been able to get a refund or have been able to speak with someone to resolve this issue. As for me I will never order again.

Both are extremely happy with our Beats. I even ran my pair through the washer and dryer and they still work! (I do not recommend this, however)

Maybe because of the name, but the sound quality is not great and the comfort in the ears is ok. Connection to my IPhone took a little longer but it worked. Also, the case is rather big and putting on another case over it makes it too thick (keyring).

Another issue is the protection plan, I return my first set and have to buy a second pair only to find out that I have to call Apple to try to get a refund on Apple care since returning defective headphones cancels out protection plan. Suck that Best Buy put customers in that position
