The sound is good, but you really have to be careful with the fit. I found they fall out of ear constantly. Also extremely annoying that you have to constantly delete install to use from iPhone to iPad. A stupid bad thing. Replaced with Normal air buds in less than 5 months

I bought these for my boyfriend and he loves them only problem he has is when sweats they tend to slide out of his ear.

Over all great buds if u can get ut for 99$. If u like the buds but not comfortable sometimes.

They are ok, but not great. Buds tend to fall out of my ears easily, and battery life 3 hours max off of a single charge. Also, sound levels are great when using both, but when using a single ear bud seems lower. The best thing i can say is that the connectivity is quick and simple.

Looks good, sounds great but my ear is very small and even in XS it pulls out without notice.

I though these were good, but my son who I bought them for, didnt like them as much. He has the other Beats, the ones that cover his ears and he said the noise cancelling on these are not as good as his other ones.

Good for what i need. Could be better call quality for android. For that i use Powerbeats Pro Wireless

I bought these for my wife on 2/25/25, she really like them. Around 3/10/25 the left earbud stopped functioning perfectly, it had a garbled sound emitting from it constantly. We did research and tried to reset them to no avail. Due to my work schedule I was not able to take them back until 3/17/25. The manager would not override the return. I was hoping to get a refund then upgrade to the Studio Pros, but with no override it meant no upgrade. I only had a 15 day return policy and I was 6 days outside of that. I looked up and added up my past 2yrs of purchases and found out that I had spent over $5600 since Feb. '23. That will be the last $5600 I spend with Best Buy. Other retailers have a 30 day return policy which I feel is fair. Yes $5600 is not a big deal to Best Buy, and apparently neither is customer service. I will use Best Buy from now on as a research only facility and make my purchases elsewhere.

I like it more than Apple AirPods and it works pretty well

I think they work well just not with an iPhone! I get a hectic feedback whenever I talk to someone that has the same iPhone/wireless beats combo that I have!
