Pretty good product. However, talking on the phone with them is my biggest complaint. The other party states it’s difficult to hear me, which sucks thought it would be like any other earbuds.

Underwhelming to say the least. These WIRELESS Beats earbuds are seriously lacking all around. The fit is off and awkward, sound quality and volume levels suck, and there seems to be glitches as well in hardware or software one which causes the audio to keep cutting out of one earbud or another. They pick up interference WAY too easily. Even the look and shape of the charging case and the way the buds fit inside of said case is just awkward and annoying. I expected WAY MORE from something from Beats. 10 of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Especially for the price point. I'm a huge Beats fan. BEATS are by far my favorite WIRED Headphone brand. I was stoked to get these and for the first time was seriously DISAPPOINTED in a Beats product. I could NOT return these bad boys fast enough.

Wife enjoys these. Initially she had the wrong size ear piece so she didn't love them, but after fixing that they've been great. She had AirPods but the battery was no longer holding a charge for more than 20 minutes so I got her these.

They only fell out of my ears once snuggle I was on a run

I don’t think my nephew is taking these out of his ear since he got them They worked perfectly for him.

Sound quality is ok but overall ear fit is subpar. Keeps losing connection and battery life mediocre. Returning it and going back to my AirPods.

This is a review on the earbuds & customer service. I bought these on Cyber Monday as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the ear buds didn’t work, one side wouldn’t charge or take little charge. We went to exchange & they wouldn’t exchange them because the price was different than the sale price. We settled and they refunded us the sale price instead of just exchanging them. I understand that this was a sale price but I waited and bought them when it was the best time to buy and we had to pay the difference because I got faulty earbuds shipped to me. Not cool

Earbuds work well but I think the noise canceling is not very strong. They were very easy to set up and pair nicely.

They keep popping out of my ears and have problems of static and connecting. I was disappointed and the buttons are sensitive :(

I gave this to my hubby as bday present, he was so impressed with the product. He has been wanting this so I ordered online and he was surprised when it was delivered under his name.

Great sound. Fits secure. Battery drains pretty fast with the cancellation on, but it really isn’t necessary for most applications. C cable offers fast change.

Good sound, a bit quieter than expected but not too much. Battery life could be better too

I loved these so much. Got them for myself for my birthday. Sad to say I dropped them somewhere in my apartment complex and never seen them again after taking a walk in the neighborhood

This earbud sounds oretty good but the building materials feels cheap, so maybe that’s the reason tonout ir in $100 less them the AirPod pro

It’s good but i always feel like they’re going to fall out. That’s why i still stick to the power Beats Pro with the hook.

I like them for what they’re for. Sound canceling is not so good and they are not loud enough for me

Good earbuds, they work and have ANC and transparency mode for a low price for the feature set! Only thing lacking is battery in terms of the charging case, but it is a slim case.

Bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them. Takes them everywhere.

I own multiple other beats headphones. These are nice that they are small but the sound quality compared to other beats products is not good.

Great for music but not good quality for talking on the phone.
