Employee told me a sales price but when i got to the register the price was difference from what the Employee told me. Supervisor told me that the price was for an used item or re-sale item. Supervisor was very rude. I told her i dont want the sale price just have communicating with your employees. But still she was very rude

These earbuds have great sound quality and really good noise cancelling features. The battery lasts all day ( My work day begins really early and they last until I go to bed at night) Have not had any connectivity issues. I’ve enjoyed these earbuds and would by again for family members

Music sounds excellent, fits well in the ear. Sounds great when on the phone. Only downfall is charging case does not charge on my charging station

Got these for my gf since she steals mine all the time and I got tired of buying apple AirPods just to have the speakers be damage by sweat or whatever. She uses them sometimes but I can’t tell if she likes it or not

So my mom came in for the Bose Bluetooth but they were too big. So she received the best help from an associate and got the beats. She likes them so far because of how you can control the volume with just slide of your hand on the ear piece. It’s only been a day, The only thing she doesn’t care for is how far it sticks out of the ear.

They're fine. Sound quality isn't bad. I don't like how you have to put pressure in clicking them to skip ahead in your music, vs just tapping. and don't feel as comfortable as AirPods - my ears feel like I'm under water

Bought on sale, and no issues with sound quality and performance for the price as I bought these to use in the gym and no compliants.

Better than expected. Tunes out the gym and a loud h chainsaw for me lol so it’s good. The transparent mode is basically none existent. If you’ve ever used AirPods Pro then you’ll tell right away that they just slapped the feature name on without adding the feature it seems. Other than that. Is small. Pocketable and good audio. Stays in my big ears

The sound quality is outstanding, I've had them for about a month now and only reason I can't give it a 5 star rating is a few times while wearing them, the music goes out and gets staticy, I use multiple plaudits to listen to music so it's not any individual music source. But otherwise outstanding clarity, bass enhancement, good highs and low as well

Bought a pair of these for my wife at full price previously and she loves them. The pass through feature is fantastic and allows her to wear them around the house without being totally tuned out to everything/one around her. Sound quality is good for the price, especially at the lower BF price, and they pair easily with her iPhone.

Nice earbuds, especially for the price. But, for just a bit more the AirPods Pro is a much better pair with more features and a better fit. If you are already a fan of the sound profile of BEATS products then these are great but the noise canceling is so-so and the overall feel is just okay

Good sound quality. The volume doesn’t go very high and consequently the noise cancellation doesn’t work as well? I can still hear when people talk to me and I have the buds in. Wish there was a volume control button on the buds too! The battery is long lasting and the software is easy to connect to my iPhone and windows computer.

I knew it was gonna be a bit of a downgrade from the Powerbeats pro that I had but I have to say I will accept the downgrade for the noise cancellation. That is absolutely amazing. I work in a factory. I need a very loud and it helps cancel out some of this sounds

So although most of us forgot about Beats by Dre, the biggest highlight is that Beats didn't forget about Android.
