The loudness could be better but it stays in your ear as opposed to the Airpods and overall good sound. The only other thing i would say is that it doesn't charge wirelessly.

Wouldn’t pair to the phone. Only one earbud was connecting and then it stopped so we updated the phone because supposedly that was a problem but it didn’t work. Now none of them won’t connect.

Awesome product at great price! Works very well with other Apple products and its seamless.

Good tone, easy to insert and stays in ears. My only complaint is the noise cancellation isn’t true noise cancelling, just lowers voices and music around you. Needs more work.

Good quality. Fit well. App is ok. We will see how long these earbuds last. All the beats I have purchased in the past have only lasted about a year at most

Good ear buds & the noise canceling is very good. Only thing I don't like is the inability to control the volume using the buds.

Good sound but they don’t last 8 hours. Maybe it has to be that was an audio book really don’t know only lasted around 4.5 hours

Last long, then the Apple ones I have the second generation and our last me alone then one hour One hour and a half the most

I bought these for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves them. He has repeatedly told me it is one of the best gifts I have bought him. He couldn’t believe how great the sound is along with the transparency feature!

This is the 2nd pair I have purchased. The sound quality is good and they pair really easily. I have had them fall out a couple times. That is the only minor drawback.

I like the sound and quality of the earbuds. Most importantly, I don't have to charge them like I have to do with my Jabra 65t.
