Won’t disconnect when removed. Shrill feedback!

BUT…now, after just one year, they’re aggravating the tar out of me! 1) The left bud often doesn’t connect when inserted. So I have to put them back in their case, close it, then reopen and they both connect. This happens nearly every time. 2) When I take them out they FAIL to disconnect, leaving me with a feedback squeal. And the only remedy is to turn off bluetooth on the device itself, and then back on. I am bitterly disappointed with this product. So far beneath Apple to offer them to the market.
