'm left frustrated and disappointed

First, the sound quality is average at best. The bass is muddy, and there's a noticeable lack of clarity in mids and highs. The connectivity is unreliable, sometimes it connects instantly, other times I have to reset them or re-pair. And worst of all, the fit is uncomfortable. Despite trying all the included tips, they constantly slip out even while just walking. Would not recommend.

They’re Ok

They just won’t stay in my ear most times without having to push them back in which could result in a call being hung up. I tried them because I was tired of the AirPods having issues of one not working after a few months.
