Both the transparency mode and sound cancelling mode barely work and the case feels flimsy and cheap. All in all, terrible true wireless headphones.

However, the case would not hold the charge as described and the right earbud kept falling out of her ear. It didn't matter what size she tried. She was hoping to switch from her Airpod Pros, but she has gone back to using them.
