Performs very well. Enjoyed the sound quality though i have options to adjust sound settings in the app. Wished it had latch on feature, for it has the tendency to fall of when doing activity like workout or house chores, but im not complaining. Its a great earset for outdoor walking or relaxing.

They are nice. The sounds quality Is good. Decent noise cancelling. Hardest part was figuring out how to make them stay in so make sure to follow instructions. If not they will fall out

Love them, they sound way better than the Galaxy buds pro, the noise canceling shouldn't really matter to you if you have your beats up all the way to me it's about the same with it on and off. Don't have them delivered the same day though mine went to the wrong house, just pick them up or have them delivered by FedEx.

Sound cancellation isn’t too strong but well enough for the price. The case is pretty small so it’s also really easy to bring around.

Best buds out if the 6 pair i have have tried. Easily better than samsung, skull candy, and jbl comparable.

Small, compact buds with great sound and exceptional noise cancelling. Got them on sale but would have bought them full price, they are just that good.

Really love them! Had another brand before and these are miles ahead. The active noise reduction works pretty well and they have a really comfortable sealed fit in the ear. They have a super sleek look which looks fantastic and the audio is as good as you'd expect from a Beats product. Would definitely recommend!

simple and easy to bluetooth into my Iphones, Peleton, and computer. The sounds is smooth and does cancel out some outside noises which is great.

I bought these for my wife on 2/25/25, she really like them. Around 3/10/25 the left earbud stopped functioning perfectly, it had a garbled sound emitting from it constantly. We did research and tried to reset them to no avail. Due to my work schedule I was not able to take them back until 3/17/25. The manager would not override the return. I was hoping to get a refund then upgrade to the Studio Pros, but with no override it meant no upgrade. I only had a 15 day return policy and I was 6 days outside of that. I looked up and added up my past 2yrs of purchases and found out that I had spent over $5600 since Feb. '23. That will be the last $5600 I spend with Best Buy. Other retailers have a 30 day return policy which I feel is fair. Yes $5600 is not a big deal to Best Buy, and apparently neither is customer service. I will use Best Buy from now on as a research only facility and make my purchases elsewhere.

I purchased them on sale and don't regret it at all. They sometimes have issues when only using one headphone, but overall have been great.

Pretty good product. However, talking on the phone with them is my biggest complaint. The other party states it’s difficult to hear me, which sucks thought it would be like any other earbuds.

not the best compare to AirPods Pro, price is cheaper than AirPods Pro.

The charge for the case is not good. It holds bare minimum

Great sound. Super fast charging although the charge doesn’t last as long as other earbuds I’ve had that were less expensive. I also wish the amount of charge would display on my phone.
