The transparency mode is a big failure in my opinion. I guess I was expecting more bass for Beats pods. The Powerbeats pro definitely sound better.

Unfortunately the ear buds didn’t work, one side wouldn’t charge or take little charge. We went to exchange & they wouldn’t exchange them because the price was different than the sale price. We settled and they refunded us the sale price instead of just exchanging them. I understand that this was a sale price but I waited and bought them when it was the best time to buy and we had to pay the difference because I got faulty earbuds shipped to me. Not cool
