Not happy with my purcy

I give this product points for Great sound quality. But everything else not too good bulky cheap looking and doesn't work properly

Beats Buds are the Best

Iphone best friend

My son, using it, said it works better with his iPhone with the previous Jaybirds, and I would guess it is because Apple made sure they tested it well, since they acquired the company. He doesn't like Airpods, because of the way they fit in ears, but seems pretty happy with those.
