Sooo disappointed, their terrible. I actually cant believe these are beats. They are good to listen to but please don’t t to try to hold a conversation, every single time I have even tried to have a conversation it end up with me switching to my no brand earbuds or just talking on my phone. No one hears me everyone says I sound like Im under water or muffled. So if you want them just to listen with then ok, but don’t expect to talk on them. I know beats could if did a lot better than this. Wouldn’t recommend, or definitely wouldn't buy them again.

The sound is ok but the fit in the ear is terrible. I have Sony buds and they “ rotate” well in the canal to give you a nice fit blocking the external noise. These beats buds are uncomfortable in the ear and they could do a better job at designing them.

The pros - Aesthetic, Deisign is Nice & obvioiusly the Bass is great. Battery life is solid and reliable. The cons - These buds cant stay in your ears ( even after switching bud tips. When adjusting the earbuds they make this weird synching sound wich can be aggrivating. And after having these for a few weeks i can say that i have olaced these in my ears incorrectly several times.

Got these on special. Had the original airpods that were just no longer holding sufficient charge. Loving the noise canceling aspect of these. They are easy to use and sound awesome too.

Battery life is not good at all. Only last for 4 hours, and even inky using one ear bud, the one that’s not using also looses power. Worse purchase in ear buds ever!!!.

The sound is very distorted. The active noise cancelation is poor compared to other brands.

Excellent for music. I don’t recommend them for workouts as for me the left one seems to always fall out after a few min of running.

Waste of money. Won’t hold charge for even four hours without draining them. As soon as I take them off charge they drop to 98% right away.

i guess my ear hole is too small. now i know how those who are violated feel.

I don’t like that they fall off my ear constantly. The other issue I have is when I answer the phone or make a phone call the speaker sounds awful. I would have preferred air pods .

These headphones are of a great design but. They dont sit in the ear very well. One has already shorted out on me and the fact that they dont offer a decent noise cancelation feature is kinda a deal breaker along with all the other issues with these headphones.

Waste of money. The sound quality is poor, people complain they can’t hear me while on phone calls…

Your return policy is not appropriate for individuals that are on a core membership. The policy is at 14 days and should be for everyone under this membership, a return being 30 days. This type of separation is aggretious and longer time frame should not only be extended to silver and gold members, which is prejuditial. If you allow anyone to have your store card then the same courtesy should be extended to all card holders. This only deters further business from going to you but to someone else like walmart,

Great sound quality but they refuse to stay on your ear no matter what you're doing i even stood still just to test it out and the headphones still found a way to fall out

I can't register the product. They constantly disconnect and it doesn't stay in the ear... my bose and Samsung earbuds are better than these. Very disappointed

Sound quality at bestest is OK. The earbuds shape makes them to where they fall out easily.

They don’t stay in ear that well, switching from noise consolation to transparency isn’t the smoothest have to do it multiple times to get it to work correctly.
