I took them back. The didn't hold a charge long enough. Had to keep twisting them to get them to stay in place.

Terrible sound, terrible fit. Was sick for a couple of weeks and could not return within Best Buy’s incredibly limited 15 day return window. They refused to accept return and now I have to deal with the manufacturer. After years and thousands of dollars spent with Best Buy, I’m done. Most importantly, these cheap earbuds are terrible.

I expected something more. This pair did not live up to my expectations as a Beats product. Does not stay in the ear well and it’s overall look didn’t scream Beats by Dre’. I did however like the smaller case.

Not the best in the market. In my opinion the original AirPods by apple were better for the price range. These feel extremely cheap and low quality.

Speakers were great. Microphone not so much. People I talked to on the phone could not hear me well at all. Returned to the store and purchased AirPods.

The only reason I returned these is because they are not comfortable in your ear. Air pod 3rd generations are the better purchase. These headphones bother your ears after 15 minutes of use

Enjoyed them at the beginning but once the year passed, they don't work as they should. Wish I purchased a different brand.

Ive had these for 6 months now and had to send them out under MFG warranty due to people stating they cant hear me when I am talking. The replacement buds still have the same issues so this is a bit frustrating.

My son lost the right earbud and case within two days I don’t recommend this product #1 it’s small easily misplaced #2 no warranty coverage for lost or theft which was a total lost for me as the customer.

Should've just got apple AirPods after the first couple of times I used them to work out they started acting up. It said water and sweat resistant but now every time I use them to work out the noise sounds all scratchy.

Used twice before the left ear bud stopped working, otherwise great sound.

I usually grab every pair of Beats that come out but I couldn't wait to return these. The thing I didn't like the most is that they kept falling out of my ear so I ended up going with the wireless Pros

released too early. too many issues. does not connect properly. after a period of time content listening too becomes inaudible, terrible disruptive sound projected.

Bought these on the way to work .. and they won’t connect.. can’t return because I work away from land

Not the best earphones, noise cancellation is fine but they are not comfortable.

Sound goes in and out and eventually cut out of one headphone. Called beats but nothing was resolved. Would not recommend. I’ll stick with Bose

battery life is the worst … large and bulky do not fit in my ears well would not buy again use is easy and sound quality is ok

The sound coming though is good. The only down fall is noise canceling isn’t the greatest. Almost not there at all

Headphones cut out every 5-10 mins. Not sure if it’s a Bluetooth problem or what but very annoying. Sent to apple to get repaired and they sent back saying there were no issues.

The pair that I purchased had a lot of static and just kept randomly hanging up, and didn't hold a charge so I had to return them.
