Though it comes with different sizes, the rubber pieces that go INSIDE the ear aren’t comfortable. Using the smallest ones, it still doesn’t stay well inside my left ear.

Purchased as a gift for a granddaughter. She loves them.

These will not stay in my ears at all. If I smile they fall out. If I try to jog they fall out. This is a poor design. It’s like apple only designs earbuds for a sample of a couple employees and doesn’t think about the majority of ear types that different nationalities have.

Does not answer iPhone calls without having to open phone

Great sound quality and battery usage. Would recommend to those who dont want to use airpods.

My husband really enjoys the quality of the ear buds. He said they are the best he have had.

I've had these less than a month and the right ear bud is already broken. It has a constant ringing/crinkly sound when you put it in your ear. Completely disappointed.

Hate them! I want to return them but have misplaced them. No one can hear me only my back ground. Someone said they’re only good to listen to music.

Horrible. Sound cuts in and out randomly every 10 or so minutes. Buds move a lot when working out even after trying all 3 sized earpieces (hasn’t been a problem before). Sound is so-so. Not worth the money. I will say I like the price but still not worth the amount IMO

These are horrible. Please do not buy these. I love Beats but they need more work on this. They vibrated in my ear. The quality is not there at all. They should take this one back to the lab and redo these.

I didn't like this item and tried to get help because i brought a new item that didn't work and never got it resolved

They have a long lasting battery. I use them at work and when i workout. Highly recommend!

For the brand being Beats I expected the sound quality to be better. I could have saved money by buying just a cheap pair.
