Bought during Black Friday. Ontrac lost product or stole product. Had to wait 20 days back and forth and finally got refund.

We returned these due to poor sound quality and inconstant connection with Bluetooth. For being a Apple focused product this one sure missed the mark. Don't try and save money buy the Air Pods Pro.

They keep falling out my ear. Sometimes the person on the other send say they can’t hear me and i sound muffled. I should have stuck with my AirPods .

Would recommend to buy lovr the way they fit in your ear and the sond was excellent

Poor quality and echoes voice while in the call with someone. When ever I talk on the phone, other side hear their own voice. It also does not set in the ears properly. Easily falls off.

These are awful, sound quality is poor, battery life is poor, and man are they painful to wear even when you try the different ear pieces.

Bought these for my son. He will not stop raving about his new beats. He loves them.

This is a poor quality EarPods do not buy these they have a static and it disconnects from the phone all the time but when you’re talking to someone some times you hear static noise.

Open box rated excellent. Stopped working 20 days after receiving them. Was told they were out of the return period. I asked to return and pay the difference for a brand new pair, was told no. Many other options for purchase. Will go elsewhere next time.

The volume on these is way too low. Also, the ear buds keep falling out of my ears. When I put them back in, it ends the call.
