Portable works well. The sound quality is excellent

I returned these within hours, first thing, plugged them in to fully charge before use, well, one earbud didn’t charge at all. Once I had a charge on both buds, I connected them to an iPhone which was quick and easy but then they would just disconnect and reconnect until I returned them. Checked for update to phone forgot device and repaired. I know mine is probably a one in a thousand occurrence but I just returned and got something different.

I couldn't get them to stay in my ears. The usage time wasn't long. I didn't care for them. One fell out and i couldn't find it. Bad purchase

They keep popping out of my ears and have problems of static and connecting. I was disappointed and the buttons are sensitive :(

So these sound great but they honestly don’t fit right in my ears. Bass is nice, noise canceling is a great feature. I just wish they fit better.

Got for my son’s 14th bday and he loves them!!!!!!

I bought these based of the reviews. I was looking for something that would drown out most of the noise around me as I traveled. However, I could hear everything. Even the road noise in my car. I had to turn the buds up almost all the way to drown it out in the slightest. I ended up buying some knockoffs that work better.

These won't stay in the ear. Great sound though...

Sound is great but they will not stay in my ears. I cant even use them and unfortunately I didn’t realize Best Buy didn’t have a 30 return/exchange policy. I missed the 15 day mark by 1 day. So disappointed!

This earbud sounds oretty good but the building materials feels cheap, so maybe that’s the reason tonout ir in $100 less them the AirPod pro

Disclaimer: it might not be the headphones design, maybe my ears are just weird shaped I really tried to love these but they were just not the fit for me. Really uncomfortable and always fell out. Tried all three tips that are included. Main reason I bought them was for the gym and spent more time trying to adjust them in my ear than actually working out. Sound was great, lacked a little bass but not a big deal to me.

Not the best beats I purchased but live and learn.

They are alright, though my left bud has a bunch of static noise that is super annoying, and the return process was too complicated to warrant the effort.

I own multiple other beats headphones. These are nice that they are small but the sound quality compared to other beats products is not good.

I didn’t like the battery life. I wear one bud at a time while at work and noticed they would only last about 3 hours each
