Everything works and sounds good, but battery life does not match up to other brands

Great sound. But they didn't sit well in my ears.

I was excited to use my buds. Never wore them for long period of time just for phone convo here and there. One day I wore them all day listening to music while I worked and got double ear infections. Itching, crusting, discharge burning and swollenness. Went to ER because my ears closed shut and were on fire. Didn’t know at the time it was because of beats. Weeks later I used them (wiped with alcohol before using) and used one bud and my ear reacted the same way.

It's a very nice item but it does not last long enough for me.

Love the bass, but sometimes have connectivity issues on phone calls. Also the battery live could be better.

Volume doesn't go up loud at all. Other than that they were good. They were a gift and ended up returning them.

My daughter wasn’t a big fan. She said they weren’t loud enough

Although good quality. There’s always a whistling sound every time I open or close the case and when I put them in my ear. Had them checked buy geek squad and Apple and they say it’s ok. When in fact it’s not.

Falls out of my ears constantly, are not comfortable to wear.

Did not like how easily these would fall out of my ears even when I changed the tips to a smaller size.

The head phones tend to fall out too easily other than that they are good.

They are fine, however, they do have connection problems from time to time.

Not quite what I expected from beats. From the lack of loudness and subpar bass, very disappointing.

Average sound, good bass but horrible battery life.

For the price is an ok option. But for a little more $ you can get something much better like airpods.

These earphones are super sensitive they fall out all the time the magnet searches for metal. If you slightly move your head there gone out of your ear. The noise canceling doesn’t really work when you’re outside only using one in ear. Please only buy the one that goes around the ear.
