They are to bulky looking in my ear and fall out easily. Not meant for working out in.

Good sound, ear pieces are not as comfortable in ear as airpods

They work when they want to no one can hear me when I use them on my phone. I've been through the settings multiple times i've reset them.I've done everything I can

Not as good as I thought they would be very short range, i thought i would love them since they were beats and I love my beats speaker but they just did live up to the name

They sound good but they do not at all have any kind of noise reduction. Every single person youll be on the phone worh while using them will not only hear every sound you make or any person talking in the back ground but itll be amplified to where the person on the other end complains how loud even the smallest sounds affect them. A cheap pair of $15 airpods prevents outside sound better than these.

The calling on these are horrible. Don’t get these because you see celebrities hyping it up

Quality is not as good as apple but overall is satisfactory

Didn't stand up to the name and quality of a pair of head sets in that price range.

Quality of sound is not good and noise cancellation is not working properly.

Sound is good but battery life sucks. Another issue is the protection plan, I return my first set and have to buy a second pair only to find out that I have to call Apple to try to get a refund on Apple care since returning defective headphones cancels out protection plan. Suck that Best Buy put customers in that position

They are good earbuds but have some static noise at times

It’s very poor model. I regret making this purchase because it would stay in my daughter’s ear. Every time they put it in their ears it falls right back out. Both of them end up losing them . This purchase was definitely a waste of money

The controls built into the earbuds are difficult and take getting use to.
