Doesn't stay well in my ear. It has popped out of my ear few times now. I don't know how this device can be good for someone who is a runner. Just by walking to and my house this popped a few times aside from outside my home.

I don’t like them. They won’t stay in my ear. Only able to use if I plan on sitting in one spot. Wouldn’t dare walking around with them in for fear of losing them.

I don’t like them they don’t even last 4 hrs even with all the modes that it has all three however they sound awesome battery life and talking on the phone sucks beats can do better than this and sometimes they crackle on deep bass tones

Sound quality comperable to other more expensive options, signature bests bass. Transparency mode and noise cancellation leaves some to be desired but regardless a great option.

It sounds good just, terrible mic. Which I guess is what they are known for but that’s not the entire issue with these. They loose charge after 2 hours and for someone who uses them for at least 5 hours in a row, it’s annoying.

Enjoyed them at the beginning but once the year passed, they don't work as they should. Wish I purchased a different brand.

I purchased these for my husband and he loves them. He was really wanting bose for Christmas. However, I could not bring myself to buy them for $400 so I opted for these and I’m so glad I did. He said the quality is great the sound is great and I should’ve bought a second pair for the price I paid.

It’s not worth it, if I weren’t so busy I’d taken them back to best buy plus my store near me was closed for remodeling so I missed my window. They don’t cancel any noise, the other person can hear you and whatever else is own around you including a car passing on the street when your sitting on the porch. These aren’t worth the money I spent on them. Definitely will not be buying another pair, should’ve stuck with AirPod Pros. THUMBS DOWN

Not the best in the market. In my opinion the original AirPods by apple were better for the price range. These feel extremely cheap and low quality.

Terrible sound, terrible fit. Was sick for a couple of weeks and could not return within Best Buy’s incredibly limited 15 day return window. They refused to accept return and now I have to deal with the manufacturer. After years and thousands of dollars spent with Best Buy, I’m done. Most importantly, these cheap earbuds are terrible.

Speakers were great. Microphone not so much. People I talked to on the phone could not hear me well at all. Returned to the store and purchased AirPods.

sound is really great with noise cancellation out. Price was a great price. Was so excited to finally have a set of these. They live up to the description that was listed. I am going to buy 2 more sets for presents for my family

Battery life isn't great when streaming and I'm starting to hear crackling in the left ear bud. The same issue I had with my airpod pros. I'll most likely have to mail them in for a replacement. I haven't even had them 1 month yet.

These always fall out of my ear so I'd only wear for weight lifting. Despite the great sound & noise cancelling, they stopped working after 6 months.

Had been meaning to check these out and recently lost a bud of my AirPods, so I thought why not. They are noise canceling and fit just about right with the different sized buds. The sound is superb compared to my AirPods pro and very easy to pair with your iphone and or android device.

The only reason I returned these is because they are not comfortable in your ear. Air pod 3rd generations are the better purchase. These headphones bother your ears after 15 minutes of use

I expected something more. This pair did not live up to my expectations as a Beats product. Does not stay in the ear well and it’s overall look didn’t scream Beats by Dre’. I did however like the smaller case.

Beats air pods works well, however.... Best Buy and associates did not help enough with my free trial of apple music. I received this with my purchase and was not able to use it. I'm not happy about that at all.

These are not good earbuds. The battery doesn’t last long at all. They slip out of your ears easily. Not worth the $$$.
