They are very comfortable to wear. I love the way that they keep a long charge . I can wear them for six to eight hours before I even have to charge them. The box keeps a long charge as well. The sound is out of this world. I love these beats, and no other ear buds comes close to them.

My son lost the right earbud and case within two days I don’t recommend this product #1 it’s small easily misplaced #2 no warranty coverage for lost or theft which was a total lost for me as the customer.

Good buds for about a week left. One went out now they’re both out. They’re not even three months old.

Ive had these for 6 months now and had to send them out under MFG warranty due to people stating they cant hear me when I am talking. The replacement buds still have the same issues so this is a bit frustrating.

The sound quality is good, when the ear pieces actually stay in your ear! I have tried all three size ear molds and they still do not stay put. Even sitting still, they will fall out! I usually wear one at at time and neither one stays in place. I have even tried to watch YouTube videos to see if I was placing them in my ear wrong, but still can not get them to stay in. I do not recommend this product. Find some other earbuds that actually stay in.

Should've just got apple AirPods after the first couple of times I used them to work out they started acting up. It said water and sweat resistant but now every time I use them to work out the noise sounds all scratchy.

I loved these so much. They fit great, sounded great, were easy to use. Until they stopped working. About 10 months after I bought them I started having connectivity issues. They’d connect to my phone but would get staticky. I couldn’t put my phone into my pocket without losing sound. I contacted both apple and Best Buy and even though they were still under manufacturer warranty I was told there’s nothing to do about it.

I usually grab every pair of Beats that come out but I couldn't wait to return these. The thing I didn't like the most is that they kept falling out of my ear so I ended up going with the wireless Pros

Not my favorite. Not comfortable in my ears. The sound was decent. But I expected better. Returned for AirPod pros.

Sound is good but they will not stay in. The shape of them is awkward and no matter which ear pieces I use they just want fall out regardless of activity. Samsung galaxy buds were much better

They don't stay in my ears, no different from the other cheap brands you only paying for a name.

Good when they connect, but it is a massive pain to get them going. Id recommend spending the extra $20 to get something better

The pair that I purchased had a lot of static and just kept randomly hanging up, and didn't hold a charge so I had to return them.

I have not had good luck with earbuds. This is my fourth pair in a few months. I bought these because Beats is a good brand. The sound is good, but the battery life is terrible (4-5 hours) and I have to charge the case every other day. Also, they constantly fall out of my ears. I can't figure out how to turn off noise-canceling to (hopefully) make the battery life longer.

Sound clarity is not the best. Connectivity is delayed and drops.

Overall sound quality is really great but I'm having lots of issues with the bluetooth connecting. It connected well when i first opened them but after that it only connects when it wants too. Will be returning.

Sound quality is very poor. I will not be buying this brand again.

Headphones cut out every 5-10 mins. Not sure if it’s a Bluetooth problem or what but very annoying. Sent to apple to get repaired and they sent back saying there were no issues.

This item wasn’t for me. No matter what size cove I used they wouldn’t stay in my ear.

These are great little buds with amazing sounds. Still learning how to work them without hanging up on people but otherwise definitely recommend!!
