The sound quality is great! Battery lifebis excellent. The noise cancellation is okay. I wish there was a way to control volume with the earbuds.

Great for music not for phone calls. It’s very, for the other person on the other side to understand anything I SAY. Very disappointed, especially for price . I could of purchased Apple again.

The earbuds go dead way to fast even after you have had them on charger all night..

What I loved about this product was sound quality and the only thing was the battery didn't last long and they would always fall off otherwise I loved the quality of the sound was very clear

I ordered these as I love my wireless beats headphones. These are not great, they run soft sounding. I feel as if I am in a tunnel when I use them.

These things would stay in place. They also make it impossible to hear anything around you whether noise cancelling is on or off.

Don't get bamboozled by the Beats brand name like I did. - Noise cancelation seems non-existent. - Sound quality is decent but not on par with the price tag. - Couldn't get them to connect to laptop. - Packaging didn't come with touch-function instructions.

The sound is great, it also cancels noise, but the battery life is not good. It may last for about an hour. Then it has to be charged again.

Underwhelming, to say the least. “Instructions” were a little slip of paper with pictures. Had to find info online, which was admittedly good. Sound was ok, person listening to me on other end of phone conversation said not great clarity or volume. Had for 2 weeks and was unable to charge with any kind of consistency as well as had difficulty with the pairing. Expected a lot better from Beats. Refunded and got the AirPods Pro so as not to have to potentially deal with it again.

I would spend the extra money to get a better set better life sucks quality is ok but could do better.

Nice and compact design with great sound quality. I don't do heavy exercises with these and work well in all other situations. Battery life is great and the in-ear fit is very comfortable. It doesn't drop connection like some other devices I have had.

Not noise canceling, they start cutting off even when my phone is in my pocket. Yesterday the left one just didn’t work until I put it back in the case and closed it. Not 30 foot range at all.

Easy to use. Comfortable in the ear. Very good sound quality. Really wanted the moon grey color! Thats the only bad thing i can say is wish theyd had more of that color!!! Loving my Beats so far!!! Get you a pair while they’re in sale for $60 off!!!

Doesn’t stay in ear when you sweat, barely touched it and music pauses or calls hang up. Sound is good but other issues makes me wish I’d stay with JLab or Skullcandy Bluetooth headphones.

The sound is ok but the fit in the ear is terrible. I have Sony buds and they “ rotate” well in the canal to give you a nice fit blocking the external noise. These beats buds are uncomfortable in the ear and they could do a better job at designing them.

Sooo disappointed, their terrible. I actually cant believe these are beats. They are good to listen to but please don’t t to try to hold a conversation, every single time I have even tried to have a conversation it end up with me switching to my no brand earbuds or just talking on my phone. No one hears me everyone says I sound like Im under water or muffled. So if you want them just to listen with then ok, but don’t expect to talk on them. I know beats could if did a lot better than this. Wouldn’t recommend, or definitely wouldn't buy them again.

Battery life is not good at all. Only last for 4 hours, and even inky using one ear bud, the one that’s not using also looses power. Worse purchase in ear buds ever!!!.

The pros - Aesthetic, Deisign is Nice & obvioiusly the Bass is great. Battery life is solid and reliable. The cons - These buds cant stay in your ears ( even after switching bud tips. When adjusting the earbuds they make this weird synching sound wich can be aggrivating. And after having these for a few weeks i can say that i have olaced these in my ears incorrectly several times.
